In the UK, when a person was sentenced to death, they had about three weeks from sentencing to execution. Then they had their appointment with Albert Pierrepoint, executioner.

34 years on death row is just insane. That’s 2 generations of squandering taxpayer money. Very unfair on the victims and their families

I've heard people say it's better to extend the time so they can think about what they did. These monsters and psychopaths surely are not concerned at all about those they've killed. Angry 😠 😡 😤
