We have reports of it being possible to run DevilutionX on as little as 64MB, but I recommend 96MB for the Amiga port. I don't know if CowCat did further optimization. Technically the game should be runnable on just 8MB, but we handle audio (music and speech is fully loaded instead of streamed) a bit differently than the original so require some more memory.

I found out yesterday that they didn't design the IDE to use DMA, one of the things the Amiga is good at. the DMACK pin isn't connected on the A1200 nor the A4000.
