I listen to Mr. Washington's affirmations several times a week. It has changed my mindset. Watch it, not once, but over and over until you get it. I wish I could thank him personally. Day one of exercise . God be with me. God give me the strength from today forward to exercise everyday if my life. God give me the strength to be uncomfortable and get to where I need with exercise and eventually it will become easier and habit.
