"Slow your voice slightly and pronounce each word to make the narrative clearer to an international audience" We South Africans tend to talk quickly and "swallow" our words. Absolutely agree. As a career instructor, I learned people do not remember facts and figures. They remember the story they tell! And, extremely well done in "showing, not telling"; turning on and off the colour, sound design, etc as you were describing it! The only caveat I would add to your lesson here is that it looks like you shoot in log. That gives you an amazing amount of latitude in post but it's also a LOT more work. I try to make my footage as best in camera as I can. Cheers!
