That first 911 dispatcher deserves a raise. She performed her job flawlessly. Calmed down the caller, got all info she needed, then reassured and told her they'd call her back. Perfect.

That body cam footage was so intense! I've never seen this case covered before. It's very shocking and sad. The children, Alberto, and the dogs were completely innocent in the matter; none of the family deserved this. Thank you, Kevin.

I don't believe for a min that she waited outside while he killed the family. Likely went with him to check it was done right. What a pathetic pair. I remember when this first happened. It still gives me nightmares. They only showed body cam of finding the dogs. How you get all of it is incredible. The way you explained their case and give such awareness to the victims; is beyond incredible. You are a good man!

This is the craziest crime story I have ever heard. The way Ermalinda orchestrated the entire thing had my jaw on the floor. So sad. So many innocent lives.
