Finally someone calling Klaus a masterpiece. It deserves that title.
It’s so good because it was written as a good movie first and a Christmas movie second
Klaus is my #1 Christmas film ever
for me its the latest "true" christmas movie, one where it has the christmas vibes and its not just set at christmas
YEEEEEESSSSSSS! I have been WAITING for SOMEONE to find this movie and give it what it DESERVES! The animation, the creativity, the character development, the characters THEMSELVES! This movie is DISGUSTINGLY AND DIABOLICALLY UNDERRATED!
I remember this movie every year ever since 2020. My brother showed it to me and what a masterpiece of a Christmas movie this was it finally deserved to be in the spotlight.
Klaus is my favorite Christmas movie ever and probably favorite movie ever made. I watch this every Christmas season. Seeing Jesper as a lazy person who eventually falls in love with his job is great character development. I also love how they gave Klaus' origins stories when he becomes Santa. Like how the little boy sees Jesper and Klaus fly on the sleigh after the Krumbs and Ellingboes tried crushing their sleigh, Klaus' laugh, how he got his reindeer, and more. I wish this movie gets recognition. This is an underrated movie. Also, the fact JK Simmons plays Santa Claus again in an action movie.
Just watched the movie earlier. I am not ashamed to say that I shed a few tears during the film.
The ungodly beautiful animation is certainly a very high point, but I think the soundtrack and vocal performances especially for the younger characters was also amazing, this movie really was a beautiful love letter to animation and storytelling.
Just like the spider verse, Klaus both really both pushed the boundaries of how animation can be done in 2019. Really a certain other studio cough Disney could've learned from them
I watched Klaus for the first time in 2020 I think and have watched it every year since then. It is just a sweet story
legit man i couldnt remember the last time a movie made me tear up , then i watched klaus
I haven’t seen a ton of Christmas movies, but honestly Klaus is by FAR the best Christmas I’ve seen. Elf is good, but my family watches it too much, same with home alone, so I don’t feel much when watching them. Klaus is all emotion though, like I almost cry every time I watch it
It so crazy that two days ago I literally watched this movie for the first time and loved it
I have been waiting for more people to talk about this masterpiece it's my favorite Christmas movie I always turn on every year
I love this movie so much and its not talked about enough this movie needs praise every thing is done right with Klaus the story the characters the town of smerensberg and the friendship of jesper and klaus the music and the feels is spot on makes me cry
The Christmas movies before Klaus (like Home Alone 1-2) were genuinely good, but after watching this... this made me cry with joy with every single best scene there is.
I had a huge smile on my face for the whole time watching this I swear it is such a charming, well animated, and heartwarming film with so much real heart put into it, not some Christmas slop
When I first watched this movie I was at aw with the animation, the story and the characters. Truly, an unapreciated, Oscar worthy masterpeice.
