For the person who said they didn’t quite understand this scene. No emily was not being competitive. Victor was trying to talk to her after a fight but when that didn’t work he knew music would help bring a conversation out and would be a good start to conflict resolution as music is a musician’s therapy. We can see emily playing more aggressively but ends up having a bit of a laugh from her hand scampering away. Not only that but this was their first bonding moment.

Ik he was supposed to be with Victoria but come on! We all know he would have been way happier with Emily the only reason why he couldn’t is because of Victoria I’m just saying
