Optiscaler is a great program to use for AMD 9000 GPUs like the 9060xt, can use FSR4 in like 300 titles and is implementing in games that Nvidia Reflex by converting it to Radeon Antilag+ .

This is one of the best budget cards to come out since the 3060. We finally have a card that is capable of 1440P with 16 GB of VRAM under $400. It's also super efficient, has great features and huge improvements to RT. AMD killed it this gen.

The weird thing about Devs not implementing newer upscaling... you can use OptiScaler to get FSR 4 in Cyberpunk. But the devs don't do it? Why? .. googles... "Nvidia has partnered with Cyberpunk 2077.".. So, ois Nvidia keeping devs from implementing better AMD tech in the games? Considering Nvidia's past.. I don't doubt they do controlling anti-consumer sh!t like that. Kryzzp... did you ever try Lossless Scaling?

The fact that devs do not implement fsr 4 kinda makes sense, since people who could use that are like 0.x% of the market. It's up to AMD to do what Nvidia did with collaboration with devs

Optiscaler fixes Frame Gen and adds nice FSR 4.0 Transformer models! I play Cyberpunk on my Saphire Puls RX 9060 XT 16GB using FSR 4.0 ballanced with framegen and I have 120fps avg with RT on Ultra.

That's the same model gpu that I bought today. I got the XFX Swift RX 9060 XT 16GB OC (dual fan) for 369$. I am upgrading from a Zotac RTX 3050 Twin Edge OC 8GB I got in 2022 for msrp(249,99$). I have an I5 12400F, 32GB DDR4 3200MHz CL16 in quad channel, and a Gigabyte B760M Gaming X DDR4 Motherboard. Those temps looks insane(here where I live currently its winter).
