I have to admit that I am flummoxed as to why someone would [possibly] start a forest fire just to snipe at firemen. It make damned little sense. Whoever the shooter was, he was a disturbed individual, and in the coming days we're gonna learn just how disturbed he was. My sincere regrets and condolences to the families of the firefighters, and a prayer for the safe recuperation of the wounded one.

This sheriff was initially absolutely convinced there were multiple shooters. They were under fire from many different angles. He said there could be up to four shooters, with certainty. Now it’s one and done?

I know guys who bought guns and got tired of waiting to shoot them? One guy literally shot butterflies with his shotgun just because he wanted to shoot something. He later just got rid of the shotgun. This is a strange situation!
