I'm 63 years old and we didn't have the internet back when I was studying. This is brilliant. I actually set this environment in my own room. Soft lighting with a lamp for work, soft music on a tape and candles lit. I would work for a certain amount of time and then take a break. My grades improved dramatically. This is a great plan.

Forever grateful for this video. Last year, I took my Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers, and I used this video to maintain my study habits from 10 PM to 2 AM every day. Now, I’m coming back to this video to say thank you—I passed my board examination for teachers! Today, I’m using this video again to help with my study habits as I prepare for the upcoming teaching application process.
