Life is a comeback battle until the day you die—
The character played by Kiritani is Seiji Akayama, a staff member at a children’s care facility. Having grown up in an underprivileged environment, Akayama believed in a bright future, seeing the hope and dreams of the children he cared for. But one day, due to certain circumstances, he suddenly disappears.
Twenty years later... the now-returned Akayama encounters his five former students, who have lost their dreams and hopes and stand on the brink of despair. They have no money, no jobs, and have lost everything. Akayama and the five adults in their 30s, who feel resignation in this hard-to-live world, reunite after 20 years. Despite their clashes, they start to rebuild their bond...
Eventually, these ordinary individuals join forces across generations to face the corrupt, monstrous powers that be in a story of courage and love. What kind of miracle will they bring about!?
