about time i started doing another modchart (doesnt mean other ones are already in the works! wink wink wink)

thanks to a newly released codename engine modchart system, the arrow modchart has been greatly since the first version which i might show one day!

the modchart system is currently public for use, and includes a template so you can easily learn its basics, im still learning too!!
