How to glue RC tires with luggage belt

Spring is ahead and i need to prepare a set of onroad tires for my buggies.
I have a brand new set which came assembled but not glued as expected.
I didn`t want to make a video of perfection because in cases like this a lot can happen .
The intention was to complete everything like a pro but...it didn't turn out this way.
Nevertheless i manage 75% of perfection and 25% ....that i would like to forget about it.
The option to start again and cut out the misfortunes got out of my mind really quick and decided to show you also some mistakes .
After all this would be more helpful if we could all learn from my mistakes.
