麺は、かなりの太麺です。
スープは豚骨で、スープの上にはラードがしっかりと張っていてこってり好きにおすすめのラーメンです。
さっぱり系で、細めんが好きなあなたの場合には向いていないかもしれません。

今回ラーメンを食べに行く前に、夜遅くまで釣りをしていたので、体が冷えていて温かいものを食べたかったので、ラーメンを食べました。

夜遅くなると、しまっているラーメン屋さんが多いのですが、山岡家の場合は深夜まで営業しているので、遅くまで釣りをして温かいものを食べたい時にとても便利です。

今回行ったのは藤野店で、中山峠方面を通る時に利用しやすい場所にあります。
