JamieP: this may or may not come as a surprise, but GUMI has always and will always be my favorite vocal synth character! i first fell in love with her original V2 voicebank, but i adore every iteration of her that's come out since, and GUMI V3 English still holds the distinction of being my favorite voicebank ever. now, there's plenty i could say about the tone and timbre of her voice, the delightful sweet spot it sits in letting her fit almost any mood, the importance that her english voicebank holds to overseas producers... but honestly, more than anything, i just really love the songs people write with her.

and also lately i've been thinking about divorce a lot. not- um. not- okay let me clarify. i am in a loving relationship with my girlfriend who i love and want to spend the rest of my life with. however i've been spending a lot of time recently playing mahjong with my friend paul, who many years ago i decided i'd get divorced with because i thought it'd be funny to have an ex-husband. never been married or been in a relationship with him. is this normal
