YCM NFX400A - High Productivity Full 5-Axis VMC

NFX400A is an affordable solution to handle complex, multi-axis parts from roughing to finishing operations in a single setup, while also improving efficiency and accuracy. It is designed for manufacturers in aerospace, medical and automobile industries.
Equipped with an ø350 mm rotary table, it can accommodate workpieces weighting up to 200 kg (441 lb.) and offer rotational motion of 150 degrees (+30/-120 degrees) on the A-axis and full 360-degree continuous rotation on the C-axis. It comes standard with a reliable 40-taper YCM in-house IDD PLUS spindle which runs at a maximum spindle speed of 12,000 rpm and an output of 18.5 kW (25 HP), achieving fine surface finishes. Its broad range of tool magazines, ranging from 24T to 120T (opt.) offer more tooling for complex parts that have varying profiles.
