1. 129 grams of cooked black beans contain 5.4 grams of soluble fiber
2. In 128 grams of lima beans, you’ll find 5.3 grams of soluble fiber
3. Simultaneously, in one whole avocado, you’ll get 2.1 grams of this fiber.
4. Sweet potatoes also contain some soluble fiber. In 150 grams, you’ll get 1.8 grams of this fiber
Other than these examples, you can find soluble fat in various fruits such as apples, guava and apricot.
