While I was on the island of Dominica in the Caribbean, I went out with a local to go hunting agouti with dogs for our dinner, So what's an Agouti? It's a rodent that is an invasive species on the island, and in this catch and cook video, I take you from the hunt, to the campfire where we see how traditional Caribbean food is prepared by the locals.
